Hello friend,

If you are looking to remodel your entire home, or for help with selections for your new custom home, the Kate Decor "Custom Home Consultation" is for you. You’ll just book your free 30 min consult to discuss your project to get started. After working with 25 different builders, tons of remodelers, real estate pros, etc. to help homeowners make selections for their new custom homes or entire home remodels, I can tell you that you're in excellent hands. I've completed 850 projects, and 70+ Custom Homes in total so far and counting.

We can meet at a tile & flooring store to discuss your project & style, then walk around and pick selections. I'll drive the meeting, describe different looks, and you will make selections along the way. The Interior Design process usually takes about 3-4 hours for the 1st meeting. You'll take your free samples home, and look at everything in your lighting. I'll take my set to get to work on your Floorplan, Elevations, 2D Renderings, 3D Renderings, & Materials Quote. Then we will have Designer Presentation Day!! Any review changes or swap outs will be made, and we meet again for Final Presentation Day. Quotes will be purchased, and shipping coordinated with vendors & builder/contractor.
